I'm Misha — founder of MishaFit Spirit. With over a decade of hands-on experience guiding women of all ages, I help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body through safe, mindful, and personalized training.
My approach blends structured strength work with yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, and nutrition — so you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence.
